Browse or search for a business, click on it to see details, then tap "Join Queue". You'll receive a confirmation with your position and estimated wait time.
Can I cancel my spot in a queue?
Yes! Go to "My Queues" in the dashboard and click "Leave Queue" next to any active queue. This helps other customers get served faster.
Will I get notifications?
Yes! You'll receive push notifications (if enabled), SMS, or email when you're getting close to your turn and when it's time to head to the business.
Is skipQs free to use?
Absolutely! skipQs is 100% free for users. There are no hidden fees or subscription costs. Businesses pay a small fee to use our platform.
What happens if I'm running late?
You typically have a 10-15 minute grace period. If you're running late, you can message the business through the app to let them know. After the grace period, your spot may be given to the next person.
Can I use skipQs on my phone?
Yes! skipQs works on any device with a web browser. No app download required, though we do offer iOS and Android apps if you prefer.
How do businesses update wait times?
Businesses update wait times in real-time through their dashboard. Our system also uses AI to predict wait times based on historical data and current queue length.
Can I join multiple queues?
Yes! You can join multiple queues at different businesses simultaneously. Just make sure the timing works out so you don't miss your turn at any location.
